Dragan Lazarevic (aka “dragan3d”)…

I’m an interactive art director & web designer-developer from Toronto, Canada. I was born and grew up in Sarajevo (former Yugoslavia). Have you ever heard about Sarajevo? Most of the people know a little about it except that it had hosted the 1984 Winter Olympics and had withstood a devastating 1992-95 war.

I also lived, learned and worked in Italy, France and Germany where I lived 4 years. I felt in love with Hamburg (Germany) at first sight and still have beautiful memories of it. I came to Canada (Toronto) in March 1997 and I’m still happy to be here. After many years … Of course I’m Canadian, I love hockey, snow and cleaning the same in front of my house…

I’m doing the job that I like. No, not that I like it, it is my passion!  You know, when you do something continuously for hours, weeks, years and still not feel  tired. (This applies to web design, not on snow)

As a web designer and developer, my objective is to make a positive impact on clients, co-workers, and the Internet using my skills and experience to design compelling and attractive websites. I enjoy working on projects that involve a mix of web and graphic design, web development, database management and programming.

I also like to learn new languages. I mean human not computer ones! Living in different countries and meeting different people gave me that opportunity. I speak 3 languages fluently, Serbo-Croatian (my mother tongue), English, German and French is on its way.
